Currently when traveling, you need to modify your timezone manually so this nice time display in the profile/menu makes sense, which is quite cumbersome.

Describe the solution you'd like
Either: The timezone changes automatically when you change locations.

Or: We add a timezone entry (first in list) for "Follow device timezone" which will be the default (also for existing accounts), just like for light/dark theme. Then if you don’t want to have this happen automatically, you can just change.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the existing profile timezone setting and the code that reads device location or timezone, then clarify which of the two proposed behaviors is intended. Done means the selected behavior works for existing and new accounts without preventing a user from choosing a fixed timezone.
