Research direction

Compare the app-navigation gradient with nextcloud-libraries/nextcloud-vue#7501 and inspect the gradient introduced in #54178. Check the navigation icons in both dark-on-light and light-on-dark modes; done means their perceived shapes remain consistent, with the gradient reversed where required.
