Which Nextcloud Version are you currently using: 31.0.10

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Each user can configure its card (in "https://cloud.domain.tld/settings/user") and set its Fediverse ID. I need to share it by Nextcloud public card.

Describe the solution you'd like
When looking at user's card (from default "Accounts" address book), I would like to see Fediverse informations in "Social Networks" section.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Instead, I need to create a new contact card in another address book and generate its QR-Code to share it.

Additional context
I try setting visibility of Fediverse field to "Show to everyone", but this is not enough.

Start from the default "Accounts" address book user card and the user settings page where Fediverse ID visibility is configured. Trace how the "Social Networks" section receives public card fields. Done means a user's Fediverse information appears there when its visibility is set to "Show to everyone".
