"Recent" view is overcrowded with files, a view focused on oneself would be useful

The "Recent" view in Files is overcrowded with files from all shares by everyone.

We also discussed this in the mobile app context where we don't have the "Recent" view yet, and having the current firehose of information would not be very useful there either. cc @tobiasKaminsky

Describe the solution you'd like
Instead of having edits by everyone, it should be focused on oneself, or what's really relevant:

• Files your recently opened
• File that you recently edited or created
• Files that were shared with you
• Files that you shared
• Files where you were mentioned

This needs an API so the mobile apps can also have a view for it.

Review the Files “Recent” view and the related issue #50199 first. Define which personal activity categories belong in the view and what API mobile apps need; done means the overcrowded shared activity is replaced or complemented by a useful self-focused view with mobile access.
