[Bug]: can't post comment in the activity tab of a file

Bug description

I can't post comment in the activity tab of a file

Steps to reproduce

1. go to the activity tab of a file
2. post a comment
3. see the error pop up : An error occurred while trying to create the comment

Expected behavior

comment should be posted and visible in the activity tab

Start by reproducing the failure from the activity tab of a file on Nextcloud Server 32 and inspect the error shown when posting a comment. The issue is resolved when a comment can be posted and appears in the file's activity tab; no source file or test is identified in the report.
