[Bug]: Error while getting quota info, using root quota

Bug description

After the update from 30.0.14 to 30.0.15 I've started to observe the warning Error while getting quota info, using root quota in the logs.

Steps to reproduce

I see the warning Error while getting quota info, using root quota in the logs.

Expected behavior

No warning

I use groupfolders app.

Start with apps/files_sharing/lib/SharedStorage.php around lines 153 and 559, then follow the quota path through apps/dav/lib/Connector/Sabre/Directory.php line 302 and lib/private/legacy/OC_Helper.php lines 509-514. Use the reported File by id 859947 failure and the attached stack trace to investigate the warning after the 30.0.14 to 30.0.15 update; done means the quota request no longer emits this warning for the affected shared storage.
