[Bug]: Tags are not appearing in shares tab

Bug description

i discovered tags and immediately applied some. at first, the tags were visible on shares section but after some time they've gone. sometimes it's rarely appearing in shares tab but after page load fully they're going.

since discussed in https://github.com/nextcloud/all-in-one/discussions/6737 and https://help.nextcloud.com/t/tags-are-not-appearing-in-shares-tab/230258, there was no solution and i'm suspecting it's a bug.

Steps to reproduce

1.have shared files
2.assign tags to them
3.go shares tab
4.see there is no tags associated with files. but in original file location tags are present.

Expected behavior

tags should be seen on shares tab.

Start by reproducing the problem from the shares tab after assigning tags to shared files, comparing it with the original file location. Inspect the files_sharing and systemtags apps first; done means tags consistently appear for shared files after the shares page fully loads.
