Storage usage excludes files successfully uploaded before an interrupted folder upload

Bug description

Hello,
when a network error happens when uploading multiple large folders to my Nextcloud, the calculated usage of my account would not reflect that of what's really currently in my share. The caculated usage would not count the files that do have been uploaded successfully in the folder.
The folder that I'd have wanted to upload would still say pending in place where the total size should have been:

The subfolders that were uploaded correctly would report the right file size, but they are not added to the total accounts usage:

This state does not change, until I do a full file rescan with

./occ files:scan --all

Steps to reproduce

1. Upload large folder with a bunch of subfolders
2. Trigger a network breakdown so the upload cancels or nextcloud freezes

Expected behavior

After each successful upload, the usage of my account is added by the file that finished uploading.
