Bug description

The widgets for "Favorite files" and "Recommended files" look even different from each other, but especially different to the very well made widgets of Talk and Tasks:

Image
Steps to reproduce
  1. Open Dashboard on current daily
  2. Check the widgets for "Favorite files" and "Recommended files"
Expected behavior

"Favorite files" widget:

  • Filetype icons should be squares with rounded corners, like in "Recommended files"
  • Why not have a metadata subline? E.g. at least size and last modified date like we show as metadata in the sidebar too.
  • The sizing of the entry seems different than in the "Recommended files" widget
  • The star icon in the title of the widget is grey instead of white like with the other widgets

"Recommended files" widget:

  • Main line of each list entry should be bold, like with the other widgets

Research direction

Start by locating the Dashboard implementations for the “Favorite files” and “Recommended files” widgets, then compare their rendered entries with the Talk and Tasks widgets shown in the report. Done means the specified icon shape, metadata, sizing, title icon color, and bold main-line styling are consistent where requested.
