[Bug]: Tag view via Unified search broken/empty

Bug description

Searching for a tag and opening all files with the tag via unified search leads to empty and broken tag view on at least 29 and up

Reproduce the unified search flow on Nextcloud 29 or newer by searching for a tag and opening all matching files. Trace the entry points for unified search and the tag view; no source file or test is named in the issue. Done means the tag view displays the matching files instead of appearing empty or broken, with regression coverage if the relevant test area is found.
