Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

With FILE REQUEST feature new code has recently been introduced, which forces an user to enter the Name in a pop up window.
Additionally a folder structure is created for each upload.

Describe the solution you'd like

Would be nice to have possibility to change the text of the pop up window, that not necessarily a NAME , but any other information can be requested via the pop up notification.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Additional context
Installed Version 31.0.4

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named; begin by locating the File Request popup implementation and reviewing how its prompt text is currently defined. Done means the displayed request label can be customized instead of always asking for a name, with the existing upload behavior preserved.
