Bug description
Currently using 31.0.2
When creating a File Request the Share link token is reset everytime i set it to a custom value.
Steps to reproduce
-
Go To Files
-
Select New
-
Create File Request
-
First form, fill normally then continue
-
Second form (submission expiration date, leave empty all and) continue
-
Close
-
Go to newly create folder
-
Show Sharing Panel
-
Hit the "..." menu for your file request External Shares
-
Customize the link
-
Modify the Share link token
-
Click on Update Share
Expected behavior
When i click on the copy/paste after doing my update it gives me the correct url https://cloud.domain.com/s/my-custom-link
But when i go to that url in private window i get a "Share not found"
After refreshing the page of my folder, if i go back to the sharing options it has resetted the token to the one created originally.
I have no issue if i do "Create public link" and set it to File Request. But the upload workflow is a bit worse than the File Request one since i don't know the name of the uploader.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the file request workflow described in the issue on Nextcloud Server 31.0.2, focusing on the files and files_sharing apps listed in the report. Trace how a customized external-share token is saved and resolved, then verify that the copied URL works in a private window and remains unchanged after refreshing the folder and sharing panel.
