Bug description
Running 31.0.1 RC1 in the AIO. The new Favorites widget is great, but it opens a new tab for favorited folders the same way it does for documents. I think it should just navigate within the current tab, right?
Steps to reproduce
- Add a folder to your favorites
- Add the Favorites widget
- Click the folder in the widget.
Expected behavior
Folders should open in the current tab, similar to if you clicked on "Documents" and navigated to the folder

Research direction
Start by reproducing the Favorites widget behavior with a favorited folder, then compare it with opening the folder through “Documents.” Trace the dashboard widget's folder-link handling and verify that the folder opens in the current tab while document links retain their existing behavior.
