[Bug]: Profile menu is not responsive on mobile in Nextcloud 31.0.0 RC5

Bug description

I updated my instance to nectcloud 31.0.0 RC5 and I noticed that when I open my nectcloud it shows profile icon and cut menu. It does not adapt to the mobile display. As if the page was not responsive or not at all. See photos to understand.

Steps to reproduce

1.open nextcloud 31.0.0 rc5
2.view icona profile
3.is no responsive

The report names no source file, test, or entry point. Reproduce the profile menu on a mobile-sized display using the reported Nextcloud 31.0.0 RC5 scenario, then identify the relevant frontend code and add coverage showing that the menu fits and remains usable at mobile widths.
