[Bug]: External Storage: "Enter missing credentials" warning is missing in the Files App

Bug description

File view is missing Enter missing credentials warning for external storage when credentials are not saved.

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect the External Share via SMB using the "User entered, store in database" option
2. Go to the External Storage View - see that the warning about missing credentials are present
3. Go to the default Files View - see that warning is missing

Expected behavior

Warning be present that credentials for the External Storage is missing from the database in the Files App as well.
