Application Manager

It is amazing that we can extend features by installing applications into Nextcloud. If I may make some requests based on my observations with the application manager, that would be wonderful.

1. First thought would be to add a checkbox option on the left side menu to hide / unhide installed applications. It would help in make it easier to find applications more efficiently

2. Perhaps including a date column beside the version number to determine whether an app is newly submitted or updated. I find it hard to discover newer submissions without having to sift through every entry, or expand the Discover page and add New additions below Best Rated Apps
   -> perhaps using Featured Apps section and creating two sections, Featured Apps and Newest Apps

3. News is included under the Discover section, maybe that could be separated into a News subcategory under Discovery

4. a check box to hide old/incompatible/would break installation option

5. The left hand mind could be re-organized so its alphabetical or simply moving Flow after Files

No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue; first narrow the request to one application-manager change and locate its implementation. Done should be defined as an agreed UI change with clear behavior for the relevant app list or navigation, plus corresponding tests where applicable.
