Description

Currently we render all search results returned by a search provider immediately. That can lead to performance issues when a large number of items is returned. We should try to make sure that not all elements are directly rendered, e.g. by using virtual scrolling, for providers that don't support pagination.

Research direction

Start by locating the unified search result rendering path and reviewing the referenced spreed issue for context. Identify providers without pagination, then verify that large result sets do not render every item immediately while preserving usable search results.
