Description

⚠️ This issue respects the following points: ⚠️
Bug description

If you use the details to favorite a folder that has an umlaut in its name (for example “ß”), this favorite is created incorrectly.

However, if you create the favorite via the properties menu, the favorite is created correctly.

{"installed":true,"maintenance":false,"needsDbUpgrade":false,"version":"30.0.2.2","versionstring":"30.0.2","edition":"","productname":"Nextcloud","extendedSupport":false}

Steps to reproduce
  1. open Details of a folder
  2. open "..." in Details
  3. click "add to favorites"
Expected behavior

The creation of the favorite should work just as error-free via the details as via the “direct context menu”

Research direction

No files or tests are named in the issue. Reproduce the bug by favoriting a folder with an umlaut through Details, then compare that result with the properties menu flow and trace where the two actions diverge. Done means both paths create the same correctly encoded favorite.
