[Bug]: OpenAI Backend goes down, so does nextcloud.

Bug description

I've searched (briefly) but am not sure if I searched hard enough. Also, if this is the wrong place for the bug report, please transfer it.

When using an OpenAI compatible backend (locally hosted on a separate LAN server), if it goes down the nextcloud instance stops working.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install a OpenAI local LLM

2. Watch nextcloud stop working when that OpenAI backend goes down

Expected behavior

Nextcloud continues to run with reduced functions (I.E. AI functions dont work).
