Bug description
When clicking "Search globally" in the share settings it looks like a recipient was selected which is wrong and the UI also doesn't let you do anything. The global search itself is probably also broken then.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a file
- Open the sharing sidebar
- Enter something in the recipient field
- Click "Search globally"
Expected behavior
The real global search should be started and it should show the UI as if a recipient was selected.

Research direction
No file or test is named. Start by reproducing the issue from the sharing sidebar's recipient field and inspect the "Search globally" entry point; done means global search starts and the UI behaves as though a recipient was selected.
