Describe the solution you'd like
Since https://github.com/nextcloud/server/pull/42801 we have attributes to configure routes. Only core, user_status and dashboard inside server use them so far. All other routes should be migrated too, to ensure consistent usage across apps and prevent bugs due to the untyped nature of routes.php.

Research direction

Start by reviewing pull request #42801 to understand the FrontpageRoute and ApiRoute attributes and how core, user_status, and dashboard use them. Inventory the remaining routes across the server apps, migrate them consistently, and verify that no routes still depend on the untyped routes.php configuration.
