[Bug]: personal settings/Security Devices & Sessions table x-overflow on mobile

The app tokens table of the personal settings/Security Devices & Sessions section overflows on mobile.

I assume the last activity should collapse to be shown below the session name sth like

Reproduce the overflow in the personal settings Security Devices & Sessions app tokens table at a mobile viewport, then trace the table's frontend implementation. Done means the table no longer causes horizontal overflow and the last-activity information collapses below the session name as shown in the expected-behavior image.
