[Bug]: Parsing directories via tags end in "No tags found"

Bug description

Parsing files/folders via Tags will never display the folder content.

Steps to reproduce

1. Files -> Tags -> (Click on a Tag) -> (list of directories) -> (Click on a directory) -> (No tags found)
   

Expected behavior

To be able to display the folder content by parsing via Tags

This is my first usage of Custom tags

No source file or test is named. Start by reproducing Files → Tags → a tag → a directory on Nextcloud Server 29 with PHP 8.2, then trace the tag-directory navigation to identify where the “No tags found” result is produced. Done means the selected directory displays its folder contents and a regression test covers the path.
