Bug description

Since I installed Nextcloud Server 28.0.6 update on June 13, 2024, I am seeing increased CPU usage:

I am running the base Nextcloud Docker image, with no extensions or addons activated. I looked closely into what could have caused this increase, but did not find anything. I reverted to Nextcloud 28.0.5 and the CPU utilization went down again to 1-2% on average.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Nextcloud 28.0.6

Expected behavior

CPU-Utilization remains overall the same.
