[Bug]: Quota miscalculated

Bug description

if the default quota is set to e.g. 500MB per user the quota appears with wrong values in the user interface and as well in the admin user-panel.
The security check is cacluating correct and raises warnings regarding the quota.

Root-cause: in this scanario the data in the Talk-folder are not included in the user quota caclulation!
