Research direction
Start in the App Files web interface and reproduce the sharing sequence using the listed Nextcloud 26.0.4.3 environment and Chrome or Firefox on Windows. Trace the permission check for a public link created from a collaboratively shared file or folder. Done means the main account can modify that public link's rights after another user creates it.
