Description
The server should notify a new available version depending on the installation type:
- Native: if you manually installed NC it's fine like it is
- Docker: if you used Docker you should be notified about a new version ONLY if the image has been already published in the registry.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the existing new-version notification and the code that identifies native versus Docker installations, then trace how image publication is checked. Done means native notifications remain unchanged and Docker notifications appear only after the image is available in the registry.
