[Bug]: "Share with me via Nextcloud" buttons arte broken in settings and in the wild

Bug description

The "Share with me via Nextcloud" button found at /settings/user/sharing doesn't work, because its target links to the "sharing" section of nextcloud.com's Features page.

Steps to reproduce

1. Visit /settings/user/sharing
2. Click "add to your website"
3. Click the blue "Share with me via Nextcloud" button

Alternately:

1. Visit https://strugee.net/contact
2. Click the blue "Share with me via Nextcloud" button

Expected behavior

I'm shown how to create a federated share, or something like that. Not really sure what was here before.

I'm imagining it would be something like https://matrix.to/.

Filing against nextcloud/core because I couldn't find a repo for the website.

Note that it's not enough to just fix the settings page - these buttons are presumably all over the place in the wild.

Reproduce the broken button from /settings/user/sharing and the external strugee.net/contact example, then inspect the settings sharing entry point and search for the “Share with me via Nextcloud” label or target URL. The fix is complete when the affected buttons lead to the intended federated-sharing guidance, including occurrences beyond the settings page.
