Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It can be unclear how to validate or cancel a file rename action.

Describe the solution you'd like

We could add a simple "checkmark" and a "cross" icon-only buttons on the right inside the rename input field so people can decidedly confirm or cancel via a mouse click and not be confused about how to confirm.

Describe alternatives you've considered

None.

Research direction

The issue does not name a file, test, or entry point. Start by locating the file-rename input and review the linked pull request and comments for context; done means the rename UI visibly offers checkmark and cross buttons that confirm or cancel the action.
