[Bug]: Cannot add calendar subscription from link. Warning, then the calendar shows up in the sidebar but none of the events are shown.

Bug description

As title says.

The NextCloud logs complain that some value does not fit into a varying(255) column. It seem something goes wrong, and although the calendar subscription is added to the oc_calendarsubscription table, the oc_calendarobjects table gets no new rows. I am guessing that's the table which is trowing the issue and is supposed to load in or help load in the calendar events but does not. So the calendar is left in a half-loaded manner.

I updated the oc_calendarobjects table, both column uri and uid, which were the two varchar(255) columns:
ALTER TABLE oc_calendarobjects ALTER COLUMN uri TYPE varchar(510);;
ALTER TABLE oc_calendarobjects ALTER COLUMN uid TYPE varchar(510);;

This works, but doesn't seems like a proper fix. Maybe there should be some safeguard in the actual code against generating a uri or uid which is too long?

Steps to reproduce

1. try to add https://personligtskema.ku.dk/ical.asp?objectclass=student&id=[REDACT] as a calendar subscription
2. wait for warning
3. refresh the page

Expected behavior

That the calendar would be added and it's events would be shown.
