SMB external storage fails on certain shares with `Invalid request for / (ForbiddenException)`

Bug description

I have installed 29 Beta 4. I got this problem with a few shares on External storage:

Start with apps/files_external/lib/Lib/Storage/SMB.php, especially getFileInfo around the reported line, and follow the bundled icewind/smb NativeState and NativeFileInfo calls shown in the trace. Reproduce by opening an affected SMB external-storage folder and inspect the resulting logs. Done means the affected share mounts, files are shown, and the repeated ForbiddenException errors no longer occur.
