[Bug]: emoji search - "Search" descriptor hides search term

Bug description

When searching an emoji via the expanded emoji search interface (i.e. not the inline search using :) the "Search" descriptor overlaps the search term.

Steps to reproduce

1. Search for an emoji using the expanded emoji search interface (here in status change dialogue, but also in Talk conversation image search dialogue, and perhaps elsewhere)
2. enter search term
3. search term is hidden by "Search"

Expected behavior

search term should be clearly obvious, not hidden under other elements.

Start by reproducing the issue in the expanded emoji search interface used by the status change dialogue and Talk conversation image search dialogue. Inspect the frontend code for the shared emoji search UI and verify that entered search terms remain fully visible instead of being overlapped by the “Search” descriptor.
