[Bug]: LDAP remnant users should not appear in search results

Bug description

In the list of disabled users command occ ldap:show-remnants, all users, including deactivated ones, are displayed. Reportedly, deactivated users are also showing up in the Nextcloud search.

Steps to reproduce

1. Configure ldap
2. Execute the command occ ldap:show-remnants.
3. Observe the list of users, including deactivated ones.
4. Perform a search in Nextcloud and note the presence of deactivated users in the results.

Expected behavior

Remnant users should be considered disabled?

Start by reproducing the issue with the occ ldap:show-remnants command and a Nextcloud search, using the LDAP user backend described in the report. Trace how remnant and deactivated users are included in each result; done means deactivated remnant users no longer appear in either list.
