Description
I hope I am posting here at the right location ....
Maybe you can give a hint, where to address this 'issue'
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I did search the documentation and tried different solutions (on our company hosted nextcloud installation) including mark-up language to format a note for a file drop share, which is used world wide.
I need a more sophisticated appearance and a structured / formatted text in 3 different languages.
Actually it seems that - by using the web client - it is a plain text.
It seems not possible to include line breaks etc.
It seems that bold text etc is not possible.
Describe the solution you'd like
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
It would help if i.e. markup language or HTML code can be used to create a Welcome text.
Additional context
Here you can see an example. This gets very uncomfortable to read, if you have 3 languages and longer information text.
(Text is only an example)

Liese

Research direction
Start by locating the web client entry point for the note shown on file drop shares and inspect how its content is currently rendered as plain text. Define the supported formatting and multilingual behavior with maintainers; done should mean the requested structured note displays safely and consistently for recipients.
