[Bug]: File versions in S3 (Compatible)

Bug description

Since the last version, changes to the files do not generate new file versions, only the initial version and the next change are created, but from then on it stops creating new versions.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new file (version 0 bytes)
   2.Save the file (version two, ready)
   3.Save rhe file again (No more version)

Create a new version by save

Start with the files_versions app and the objectstore S3 configuration shown in the report, then reproduce the three-save sequence on Nextcloud 27 with the Google Cloud Storage endpoint. Compare version creation before and after the major upgrade; done means each subsequent save creates a new file version without errors.
