Bug description

No margin between the login window and the information window at lower screen resolutions.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set your screen resolution to low.
2. Run Nextcloud as unlogged in.

Expected behavior

Maintaining a margin between the login window and the information window.

No source file or test is named. Start by reproducing the login page at a low screen resolution and trace the frontend layout for the login and information windows; done means a visible margin remains between them at the affected resolutions.
