[Bug]: File Smart Picker in Editor returns broken file link

Bug description

When using the smart picker file selector to insert an internal file link, the link that is returned does not work, seems not to contain an id.

Probably related to this issue:
https://github.com/nextcloud/server/issues/40866

Steps to reproduce

Enter"/" to use the Smart Picker and select "Files" (or in German "Dateien").

2.
Select a file in the file picker and click on "Select" (in German "Auswählen")

3.
A non-functioning link is added

Expected behavior

The link and preview badge should be working and display some kind of information about the linked file.

Additional info

When using the link button in the toolbar and selecting "Smart Picker", the issue is the same.

Start by reproducing the Smart Picker file-selection flow from the editor, including the toolbar link button path, and trace how the selected file link and preview badge are returned. Compare the generated link with the related issue 40866; done means both insertion paths produce a working internal link and preview information.
