Sync group file permissions on external storage

Hi,

What about a addon to sync group file permissions between nextcloud db and external filesystem, if a change is detected on one side.

I think of ldap groups and/or a "group translation" table to translate between different group names in nextcloud and on storage.

Maybe a cron job to check the sync status every night would be e good option.
