As a Nextcloud user I set myself as OOO after https://github.com/nextcloud/server/issues/40397 so others see that I'm away. If I return earlier my absence status is still kept until the end date is reached.

Ask the user if the OOO is over and if that's the case reset the state early.

Review the related out-of-office issue #40397 first, then trace the login flow and the existing out-of-office state handling in the Nextcloud server. The work is complete when an early return prompts the user and, on confirmation, clears the absence state before its scheduled end date.
