[Bug]: External Storage-> Internal Share results in `fileNotFound`

Bug description

When I copy an internal share link for External Storage, and send it to others(Internal users). They can not open this link.

Steps to reproduce

1. Admin mounts a SMB for all the users, and allow it share
2. user(Admin, call A) copy this folder's internal link and send it to another user(B)
3. B cannot open this link, it shows
4. A can open this link.

Expected behavior

B can open this folder by the internal share link

Reproduce the SMB external-storage share flow described in the steps, using an administrator and a second internal user with LDAP/Active Directory or SAML enabled. Compare why the creator can open the internal share link while the recipient receives fileNotFound; done means the recipient can open the shared folder, with a regression test covering the behavior.
