[Bug]: Improve the readability of sidebar tab titles in Slovak language

Bug description

Sidebar tabs titles are not readable in Slovak language when there are 5 tabs (when talk app is enabled there will be 5 tabs).

Steps to reproduce

1. Choose Slovak language
2. Enable talk app
3. Go to 'Files' app
4. open context menu for any file(not folder) and click 'details' to open sidebar
5. observe the tab titles

Expected behavior

Tab titles should be fully visible and readable.

Start by reproducing the five-tab sidebar case from the listed steps with Slovak selected and Talk enabled. The issue names no source file or test; done means the sidebar tab titles are fully visible and readable in that scenario.
