Description

cc @nextcloud/designers

When dragging a selection/file, we do not have an indicator beside the loading on the file being moved.

If we would add a cancel/pause button and a status progress somewhere at some point, where should we add that?
Is this spmething that we want? I think that would be a nice addition, but I'm afraid of yet another progress to monitor. Maybe unifying the upload queue with the copy/more would make sense?

Research direction

This is an unresolved UX proposal about drag-and-drop indicators and pause, resume, or cancel controls. Start by reviewing the existing loading state for moved files and the upload and copy/move queues mentioned in the issue. Done would require an agreed interaction design and a defined location and behavior for unified progress controls.
