Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In the admin settings -> sharing (/index.php/settings/admin/sharing) there is a section related to autocompletion and the system address book. I always have to think twice about what I am allowing here because of the phrasing.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would suggest to put "Only" in front of the first two sub-options and "Always" in front of the last one, to get a better understanding, what the option is doing.

@nextcloud/designers what do you think about that?

Research direction

Start at the admin sharing settings entry point, /index.php/settings/admin/sharing, and inspect the autocompletion and system address book labels shown in the attached screenshot. Update the phrasing so the first two sub-options begin with “Only” and the last begins with “Always”; the issue is done when the choices are more intuitive in that section.
