[Bug]: UX Right click context menu is missing a "Open in new tab"

Bug description

I have received two independent complaints from users that they thought that is impossible to open a file in a new tab in Nextcloud. You can actually do it with a middle or ctrl click, but it seems many users don't know the trick.

Since Nextcloud takes over the right-click menu, I believe it should include an Option to open in a new tab as well.

The report names no file, test, or entry point. Start by locating the frontend right-click context-menu implementation for files, reproduce the menu in Nextcloud 25, and verify that an “Open in new tab” option is available alongside the existing middle- or ctrl-click behavior.
