I´m always frustrated when I have the restore a deleted file or look for possibly deleted files in a folder, because my trashbin is so huge and there is no filtering.

Describe the solution you'd like
Dropbox has the neat and rather intuitive feature that you can show deleted files of a folder by an action in that folder.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• A trashbin search features, like suggested in https://github.com/nextcloud/server/issues/24544 would be a functional workaround. But an action in a folder would be most intuitive and had the best user experience, in my view.
• Reducing the trashbin, e.g. by a time limit, could be a workaround, but I like the safety not to remove files.

No files or tests are named. Start by reviewing the existing deleted-files/trashbin feature and issue #24544 about trashbin filtering; define how a folder action should expose files deleted from that folder. Done means users can view deleted files in their original folder context without relying on a global trashbin search.
