Description

Would it be possible to add an admin option to limit or hide certain settings for low level users/groups?

Personal info, sharing, groupware, flow, ...

This would be super usefull to prevent very low level users from messing around with too much. I know it doesn't really affect anything critical but it looks very messy and weird to have those settings there...

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is named in the issue. Start by locating the settings visibility and user/group permission entry points, then clarify which settings low-level users may not see or change and how administrators configure those limits. Done should include an agreed scope and verification for each affected user or group level.
