Description
When there is a token in the session for which the user is still setting up 2FA, setting self::SESSION_UID_DONE ("two_factor_auth_passed") is a misnomer.

Research direction
Search the server code for SESSION_UID_DONE and inspect the session handling around the 2FA setup state. Trace every reference before choosing a name that accurately describes the token state, then run the relevant authentication tests if available. Done means the misleading name is consistently replaced without changing 2FA behavior.
