Description
I'd like to specify my own custom status for the auto do not disturb feature in availability.
While it is great that I don't get any notifications during my off-hours, I'd like my status to say something other than "⛔️ Do not disturb".
I already use that a lot during off-platform meetings or times when I'm working on something and can't have anything distract me, so for me "⛔️ Do not disturb" doesn't translate to my colleagues like "I'm off, talk to me during working hours tomorrow"
I made a lousy mockup, please see below :)

Research direction
Start with issue #34801 and its linked mockup to understand the requested custom status for automatic Do Not Disturb availability. Trace the existing availability and status implementation and its tests; done means the configured status appears during off-hours without changing ordinary Do Not Disturb behavior.
