[Bug]: Cannot change update channel with keyboard navigation

Bug description

The update channel cannot be changed with keyboard on web UI

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Admin Settings → Oberview
2. Try to tab to the "Update channel" dropdown

I can tab thereto and change the channel

Start in Admin Settings → Overview and inspect the Update channel dropdown's keyboard behavior. Reproduce the issue using only tab navigation, then verify that the control can receive focus and that the update channel can be changed from the keyboard.
