Description

When a user generates a new apppassword. Either manually in the webUI, via the loginflow or any other way there should be a direct email to the user notifying them that somebody logged into their account. Not via these delayed activity emails.

Research direction

Trace apppassword creation through the web UI, login flow, and other creation paths, then inspect how delayed activity emails are generated. Done means each apppassword creation path sends the user a direct email notification instead of relying on delayed activity emails.
